Principle of the game:

The goal is to find the black boxes in each grid. Using the clues given at the ends of each rows and columns. The clues tell the number of consecutive black boxes. The blocks in the nonogram filed are being colored black to complete a picture. You are going to reveal hidden picture in the grid.

By thinking logically, you will recognize combinations, which blocks need to be colored black and which need to remain white.

The Secret of Solving nonogram Puzzles:

By filling in grid, in one direction, we are gaining information about blocks in the other direction.

Just take one row or column at a time, look at what’s in there already, and look at the clues given at the ends of each rows and columns.

The simplest way to find out where blocks must be filled is to count up the numbers in a line and add one (the minimum gap) for every space between the blocks. Some blocks can be filled.

In the above example, the total is 1+1+2+1 (ie,5 blocks can be filled), 3 (for the spaces).
